- Cincinnati PMSA -- Hamilton, Warren, Clermont, and Brown counties in Ohio; Boone, Campbell, Kenton, Gallatin, Grant, and Pendleton Counties in Kentucky; and Dearborn and Ohio counties in Indiana; and
- Hamilton-Middletown PMSA -- Butler County in Ohio
